Zonal Office Tamilnadu

The Tamil Nadu State is one of the highly industrialized States with 72117 Number of establishments covered under the Act having a EPF Membership of 84.75 Lakhs. Tamil Nadu State has been the pioneer in implementation of all Social Security Legislations including the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

The Zonal Office of the EPFO is situated at Chennai taking care of the functional needs of the employees of EPFO in respect of Tamilnadu & Kerala and Puducherry States. This has come into existence from March, 2009.

This website takes care of the requirements for the stakeholders of EPFO viz. employees and employers of the covered establishments located in Tamilnadu & Puducherry States. The service delivery of EPFO for Tamilnadu & Puducherry is ensured by the four Regional Offices functioning from Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Tambaram through their Sub Regional Offices and District Offices at various locations.

Bhavishya Nidhi Adalat is held on 10th of every month.

Please submit your claim form with attested photocopy of Passbook/Cheque/Bank Statement and your mobile number in every claim form.

Please provide IFSC code and attested photocopy of your bank passbook for payment through NEFT(National Electronic Fund Transfer).

Employers are requested to submit their Annual return for the year 2010-2011 and in soft and hard copy.

All Pensioners are requested to submit their life certificates and/or non-remarriage certificates in the month of November to avoid stoppage of Pension.

Any information on non-enrolment/non-coverage of establishments may be sent to Regional P.F. Commissioner-I or Addl. CPFC(TN & KR). The information will be kept confidential.
